Well, what a week this has been, surely no one has been unaffected by the heavy snowfall right across our region. Only now, (Friday) has the snow finally stopped falling allowing things to get back to a little bit of normality, with the main roads just about passable for travel. Side roads and some estate roads are still very tricky to negotiate, and may take a while longer to clear satisfactorily.

We're hearing lots of stories from people about their experiences while out and about. If you've anything that's happened to you or your family in the snow, why don't you share it with us by posting your story here on the MCA website Chatterbox. We'd also love to see any pictures that have been taken during the recent cold snap...just add them to our pictures gallery and share them with others.

Its a winter like they used to be but then everybody chipped in and did there bit on the street.In these times of cutbacks why don\'t ordinary people get stuck in and help to clear the streets. especially its important too help the pld people.
